This year at the National Gallery of Denmark, DJ Spooky presents an exclusive version of his audiovisual show “Terra Nova – Sinfonica Antarctica.” The show has taken the world by storm and we are proud to present DJ Spooky to a Danish audience. DJ Spooky aka. That Subliminal Kid is truly talented. His career encompasses world exhibitions in Venice and New York, an ocean of critically acclaimed album releases and soundtracks, which have won awards in Cannes and Sundance.

In 2008, DJ Spooky spent a month filming and sampling the ice of the Antarctic. His recordings form the backdrop of “Terra Nova – Sinfonica Antarctica” – a performance of mixed artistry, involving art film, lectures, DJ-sets that are supplemented by the classical quartet Athelas Chamber Players under the instructions of the renowned Japanese concert pianist, Erika Makimura.
